I recently ordered a new pair of sport boots (item # 14,012,016) on
your web site On January 10th, I received the order On 13 January. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the
sneakers worn. Shoes had dirt all over it and there was a small tear in the front part
where the left toe. My order number HP322996779.
To overcome these problems, I'd like to credit my account for the amount
charged for my shoes, I had to go and buy a new pair of shoes in my local
sporting goods store so that other shipments would result I have five pairs of
the same shoes.
From what you have taken the time to read this letter. I have been a satisfied
customer of your company over the years and this is the first time I
